It became time to open a second location and their choice was the Hilton Casino and Resort in Atlantic City. The objective was to replicate the food and the feel of the original Patsy’s and with the help of the New York staff, they did just that. Everything (including their incredible desserts) matched the venerable Patsy’s in the Big City. When the food is this good, you don’t mess with it.
Spaghetti and Meatballs; Linguine Puttanesca; Chicken Contadina; Chicken Cacciatora; Veal Chop Siciliano; Lobster Fra Diavolo; Stuffed Calamari; Shrimp Marinara; Penne Alla Vodka…you get the picture and there’s plenty more where that came from (see their menu on the restaurant’s website – www.hiltonac.com)
This Neapolitan dining legend has made the Atlantic City dining scene so much better, and if you can make it here, you can make it anywhere.
