The restaurant scene in Atlantic City keeps getting better and the second floor (restaurants) at the Hilton become even more interesting! The cuisine is known as Pan-Asian and of course, sushi plays a major role. It’s all about Pacific Island foods combined with Asian cooking techniques. The room is beautiful and the view of the Atlantic Ocean is the focus of Ono’s colorful and happening ambiance.
Enjoy a delicious New York Strip Steak; the Fillet of Chilean Sea Bass; or perhaps their Dungeness Crab Cakes (with Cilantro, Scallions, Red Bell Pepper, Lime, Asian Slaw, Thai Red Curry Mayonnaise, and Waffle Fried Sweet Potatoes). The chef’s Five-Spice Crusted Pork Tenderloin is something special (with Baby Bok Choy, Shallot Smashed Potatoes, and Plum Soy Glaze).
